What Can I Expect?

What Does It Cost?

Thank you to all my fellow Think Tankers for this life changing experience.  It was you who impacted and inspired me exactly when I needed it most."

Angie Gray

Founder, High Performance Nursing

Thank you #ThinkTank for creating the space for #seniorliving change-makers to step into our power, share energy and clarify our Why.

Anna Hall

Founder, The Purpose Equation

I was honored to be included and walk away inspired with the clarity of how I can show up and continue to serve this industry.  Thank you [to] everyone who contributed to such an amazing event."

Katie Holt

CEO, Smart Girl Digital

To find like minded people in the senior care industry has always been a challenge to me.  I've always sort of felt out of place.  But not at the Think Tank.  I met soul sisters that I know will be in my life and me in theirs forever.

Joanna LaFleur

Founder, Memory Lane Foundation

This was an intimate senior living three day event with a diverse group of industry experts, thought leaders, practitioners, and learners who are committed and passionate about moving the industry forward.

Katie Rhone, SPHR

SVP of HERO & Employee Experience, KARE

Leadership alone is insufficient. Instead we need to aim for inspirational leadership.  I hope to continue my work at Think Tank to create a good "field guide" on how to level up as a leader.

Loe Hornbuckle

Owner, Sage Oak

The past 2 days, we were led by senior living voices who were authentic, passionate, and intentional with the value they added to the group.  Investing in yourself is never wasted. Growth, maturity, connection and fun are hard to quantify on a spreadsheet.  BUT my value for myself has increased because of this experience."

Erin Thompson

Founder, Aspire For More with Erin

Meeting new friends and reconnecting with old ones... are just scratching the surface when it comes to what Think Tank is all about. What an amazing week!
James, thanks for having the vision to create something that's anything but "just another senior living conference."

Jeff Bell

CEO, Bell PR

When you're a solo entrepreneur, it's easy to feel disconnected from the big picture.  The last three days gave me incredible perspective.
The one thing we all had in common was that we are not satisfied with the status quo. What we learned in the last three days only fueled the fire of our work.

Adria Thompson

Founder, Be Light Care Consulting

"There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside of you." This quote by Maya Angelou was, for me, the guiding principle of the work James Lee lead us through this year at Think Tank 2023.
Think Tank 2023 provided a safe environment for 30 strangers to craft and tell their stories and to share their stories.

Jean Hartnett

Founder, Radical Sabbatical

Thirty people and not just any people - amazing people!
What I got out of this experience is friendships, and feelings of gratitude, admiration and inspiration.

Dr. Rose Joudi

Aging & Ethnic Diversity Educator

I'm still processing what this experience has meant for me. It honestly changed my life, and there's no other place besides Think Tank and what you created that could have given me the courage to do the work I've been avoiding.
