James Lee
James has a 18+ year career in the senior living profession. Starting his career as a frontline caregiver, he has successfully served in all levels [community to corporate] in respected senior living organizations. From 2008 to 2020, James learned all facets of the senior living industry and credits his unique insights on the industry to these wonderful learning opportunities.
In 2020, James earned his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas in Austin.
He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Texas Lutheran University.
James is a well regarded thought-leader in the broader aging services sector and serves as a strategic advisor to various organizations. He is a prolific speaker throughout the industry and on January 1, 2026, his first TEDx Talk was published.
