James Lee
James has a 16+ year career in the senior living profession. Starting his career as a frontline caregiver, he has successfully served in all levels [community to corporate] in respected senior living organizations. From 2008 to 2020, James learned all facets of the senior living industry and credits his unique insights on the industry to these wonderful learning opportunities.
In 2020, James earned his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas in Austin.
He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Texas Lutheran University.
Today, James leads a few interrelated business endeavors to help shape the future of senior living. He is also a sought after thought-leader to facilitate leadership events, speak at national conferences, and to serve on various boards.
In 2024 and beyond, James is involved in projects such as being a host for a limited series TV program, visiting and working with innovators in aging care internationally, and exploring further innovations for his primary work at Bella Groves.
